The price of the product is €1.60 per unit +VAT, with minimum orders of 100 units

From 100 units upwards, we can adapt to your needs according to the following conditions:

• Graphic design of a model and preparation of printing plate: €150+VAT.

• Design sent by customer, review of graphics, validation and printing plate: €50+VAT.

• Unit price: €1.60+VAT. For orders over 1.000 units Premium design and printing plate free.

• Free Shipment within Spain to your facilities. Please check for other shipment destinations.

• Tell us how many Hug-me® you require and we’ll get straight to work.

The product will be delivered in display boxes of 100 units each or in a box in bulk with the pieces for companies that wish to give it away and want to optimize their time by having the product removed from its packaging to give them to their end customers.

Product price €1.60/unit +VAT
Minimum orders of 1,000 units.
Free graphic design of one model.

Free shipment to customers within Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands).
Once we have received payment, the product will generally be delivered within 10-15 days.
Advanced payment of €150+VAT to cover graphic design costs. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Payment can be made to the following bank accounts you will find attached in the quote; we work with the following financial institutions: Ibercaja and CaixaBank

Once the customer has approved the design, Hug-me Group shall not be held liable for any errors that have not been rectified previously and accepted by the customer.

The customer shall pay the remainder set out in the quote.

Given that this product is customized and irreplaceable, Hug-me Group cannot give any


Any design that can be reproduced in full colour measuring 65x30mm. All designs must respect the technical specifications and must be approved by our design department.
The customer can provide its own design or can contract our graphic design service.

For commercial establishments, we offer the chance to acquire reduced size displays of 100 units each. Each display can have up to 10 different models according to the library and they can be customized according to the needs of each customer having previously performed a graphic design study.

1-Register as a customer: Company details, contact person, phone number, address etc. as per the form attached and e-mail to: info@hug-me.com


2-Once we have received the customer’s details, they will be registered in our database and we will proceed to draw up a personalized quotation.

3- Once the client has accepted the quote, it will make a bank transfer to HUG-ME GROUP, S.L. with either: Ibercaja or CaixaBank 1st. Transfer of €150 + VAT to cover graphic design  or 50€+VAT if you send our dessing. It will be held as acceptance of the quote, and the supplier will send the corresponding invoice.

The customer will attach the documentation required to prepare the graphic design (logo, photography, text, address, etc.) in the qualities listed in the attached document.

If the customer sends its own design in accordance with the technical specifications indicated above, the documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Hug-me Group graphic design department.

2nd. Transfer the balance of the quotation (less the €150 already paid and invoiced) once the design has been approved by the customer. Once the transfer has been received and the amount verified, the supplier will give the order to manufacture.

4- Within a period estimated at between 10 and 15 days the customer will receive the order via the carrier at its facilities.

Document in vector format. Dimensions 65x30mm. Formats accepted: PDF, Illustrator, EPS, JPG, TIFF. Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.

ATTENTION: programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. are not specifically intended for graphic works and errors with sizes and fonts sometimes occur. We do not accept formats such as PPT, SOC, XLS, CDR, FH11.

Deliveries in Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands approximately between 10 and 15 days after the approval of the design and receipt of payment by the customer. You will receive the order via a carrier at your facilities.

For the rest of Europe and other countries, transportation costs are not included, but we can offer this service with our carriers.

Once the Hug-me® design has been approved by the customer, and having been informed of the operation and the characteristics of the product, because of the complexity of a product that is personalized for each client, we cannot offer refunds. Once purchased, the use that is made of them is at the discretion of the buyer, making it impossible for our company to follow them up. We thank you for your understanding.
